Refunds and Discounts:

  • Treatments are not routinely discounted as this is against Australian Consumer law regarding prescription medication and medical equipment.

  • Discounts will not be offered where additional treatment is required because desired result have not been met

  • $50 deposit will only be refunded if 24-hour notice was given prior to cancelation

  • If you decide to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. If you reschedule your appointment in less than the given 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and we will require a new deposit unless exe

  • Non-refundable deposit has been implemented due to scheduling times and demand

  • Failure to leave a deposit will not confirm your appointment

  • Refunds are not given for discounted services and packages, a transfer to a different treatment at dollar value may be offered. 

  • Refunds are not given for unachieved expectations, unsatisfactory results, treatment failure or for complications and their associated management as these are part of the possible risks that the patient understood and signed prior to proceeding treatment.

  • If complications occur, subsequent treatment may be required. The cost of such treatments and procedures will need to be covered at the patient’s own expense in full. We do not take responsibility and obligation to cover additional foreseen and /or unforeseen expenses related to the patient’s treatment with us.
